Feedback from First Fridays

On my company’s intranet site, a team member who was at First Fridays this morning wrote the following:

I just wanted to share a take away from First Fridays over at Indiana Wesleyan. A person’s motivation to do things is based on Opportunity or Necessity. When you are helping our members (customers) today ask yourself what would be an opportunity this member (customer) could benefit from as opposed to waiting for a necessity to arise. If we wait until the necessity comes, it may be to late for us to be able to help. We need to be seeking out the opportunities to put them in a better position before it becomes a necessity.
